Mum's £10,000 online casino jackpot 'ripped away' after company refuses to pay

A young mum says an online casino company are refusing to pay out on a £10,000 jackpot win because of the "status of her account".

Kimberley Griffiths, 25, said she was "over the moon" and wanted to cry when she scooped the five-figure sum on LuckyVegas.com on Thursday.

The mum-of-three from Withernsea, Hull, had started planning a trip to CBeebies Land at Alton Towers for her three young kids, Hull Live reports.

But her dreams were shattered when she was told the next day by LuckyVegas.com that her account "wasn't secure enough" and they wouldn't pay out her winnings.

This is despite Kimberley sending away the correct documentation to the betting site, including a birth certificate, proof of address and a photograph of her bank card.
